Yoga Therapy for Women

I’m Gentri Watson, a yoga therapist with a heart for supporting women through all of life’s transitions. Whether you’re seeking relief from anxiety or depression, healing from an eating disorder, support in stress management, or guidance in navigating physical health or mental health challenges, I would love to learn more about you.

As women, we experience life in deeply personal and complex ways. The societal roles and responsibilities we carry, the rich emotions we feel, and the unique physical challenges we face  can sometimes feel overwhelming. But within you lies a wellspring of strength, clarity, and resilience, and yoga therapy offers a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself and tap the source of power within.

Healing happens in safe, supportive relationships, and my deepest intention as a yoga therapist is to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, and care. With a trauma informed approach, we work at your pace, honoring your unique journey. My role is to support you with patience and kindness, offering tools that empower you to find greater sense of balance and wholeness.

Through mindful movement, breath, meditation and lifestyle counseling based on yogic and ayurvedic principles, I am here to help you cultivate a greater sense of balance and wholeness in order to thrive in the life you’re living now.

Therapeutic Massage

My approach to bodywork is tailored to the needs of each individual. Treatments range from deep tissue work and myofascial release, to lymphatic drainage or swedish/relaxation massage. I begin each session with clear communication and listening in order to address your unique state. Transformation happens when we work together with breath to facilitate release. All of our experiences and the emotions connected to them are stored in our physical bodies, so bodywork can be as much an energetic and emotional release as it is a physical one. Healing touch affirms our sense of a right to feel, and our ability to heal.
