Arm balancing can be a fun way to spice up your asana practice and find new ways to challenge yourself. In this workshop we'll break down some arm balances and inversions that can be incorporated into a typical power/flow class such as: Crow pose (Bakasana) Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana) and it's variations Balancing Stick Pose (Eka Pada Koundinyasana) Headstand (Sirsasana) Forearm Balance (Pincha Mayurasana) We'll explore different variations of these poses. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn the technical “tricks” that make these poses more accessible. This workshop will be challenging, informative and FUN!
